In case of cancellation/modification of the stay:

Up to 15 days (30 days in the period of long weekends, holidays, June, July, August and September) before arrival there are no penalties and any deposit paid can be refunded.

Beyond this deadline, a penalty of 100% will be applied.

In case of no show due to No Show 100% will be charged.

In case of early departure the guest will still have to pay the total amount of the stay.
